Use instructions1. Spray a foot softener on the soles and heels of your feet and wait for about a minute. Use the enclosed stainless foot file (the side with the baren logo printed) to slough away hard and thick calluses in a gentle and gradual way. 2. Spray the foot softener more, if necessary and keep gliding the file in 0.5 -1 minute later to remove stubborn calluses effectively. 3. Use the back of the stainless foot file (soft side) to slough away the remaining dead skin cells, wipe out the areas with a wet tissue or wash with water. Then, apply cream to the clean and dry feet. Note: Do not keep sloughing away the same area too much.
