Use instructions1. Wash the area where the patch will be applied and dry thoroughly. 2. Take out the patch and peel off the two paper covers that are glued to the back of the product and the white cover in the center of the product. 3. Stick the long side of the heel patch horizontally to the sole of the foot and then to the wings on either side, wrapping them around the heel.. 4. Leave the patch on for at least 2 hours before removing it. Apply before bed for a deeper hydration in the following day.

Do not use on wounds or other affected areas. 3. Storage and handling instructions a) Keep out of reach of children. b) Keep away from direct sunlight 4.
