Usage Instructions:

#Before Tanning
1. Apply moisturizer to your body before you start tanning.
2. Spend 30 minutes tanning each side of your body, front and back.
3. If you plan to tan for an extended period, reapply the product every 2 hours.

#After Tanning
1. On the day you tan, wait at least 3 to 4 hours before taking a shower, using only water.
2. After your shower, moisturize your body again.
